Breads are made to-order, and are available for pick-up in Troy at Alias Coffee (219 4th St, Troy) Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm.

For all orders, we need about one full day to prepare the bread. For example, if you place an order on Monday evening, we'll have your bread ready to pick up on Wednesday morning. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Bread will be held for 48 hours, please notify us if you can't pick up in this window.
