Whether you’re looking to make a sandwich, enjoy some toast, or a road snack for the drive home, we think you’ll love these sourdough baguettes. Similar to our sourdough loaves, the dough for baguettes is cold fermented for 18 hours, then shaped and baked fresh for you first thing in the morning. Local, organic and simple ingredients, crafted by your neighbors in Troy. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Organic Wheat Flour (75% High-Protein White Bread Flour, 25% Stone Ground Sifted Whole Wheat Flour), Water, Syracuse Salt, Organic Malted Whole Rye Flour
100% of the ingredients in these baguettes were grown within 200 miles of our bakery.
Made with naturally occurring wild yeast from a living sourdough mother.
Allergen Information. Contains: Wheat. Processed in a kitchen that uses sesame and egg.
Net Wt: 8oz (227 g)
Storage: Baguettes are best enjoyed within one day of baking. To extend freshness up to three days, store in a plastic bag. To refresh a stale baguette, lightly wet the crust and heat directly on the rack in a 350°F oven for 5–10 minutes, until the crust is crisp and the interior warmed through. Baguettes also freeze well; thaw at room temperature, then reheat as directed above.
