A wonderfully balanced rye sourdough made in the Finnish tradition: a long ferment to unlock nutrients and tang, then a slow bake to bring out rye’s natural sweetness with no added sugar. Rye bread stores very well, and is best when toasted. Excellent with butter, and perfect for a ham and cheese sandwich with mustard. Sliced thin (~1/4"). Enjoy!

Made with naturally occurring wild yeast from a living sourdough mother.
