Soft crust and soft crumb, with tender raisins in each bite. The earthy whole grain flours, spicy cinnamon, bitter molasses and sweet raisins meld together in a slow, 24-hour cold-fermentation before being baked to perfection. Enjoy toasted with butter, your favorite nut butter, or as the outsides of a turkey & cheese sandwich.
Ingredients: Organic Stone Ground Flour (60% Sifted Whole Wheat, 27% Whole Wheat, 9% Whole Spelt, 4% Whole Rye), Water, Organic Thompson Raisins, Organic Unsulfured Blackstrap Molasses, Syracuse Salt, Organic Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon
