Available on Fridays, per our bake schedule.  All breads are delivered to Alias Coffee in Troy before 1pm.

Ingredients: Organic White High-Protein Wheat Flour, Organic Stone Ground Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic High Oleic Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil, Honey, Syracuse Salt

Made with naturally occurring wild yeast from a living sourdough mother.

Forget everything you know about challah and sourdough; this bread really belongs in a category of it's own. Deeply flavorful thanks to a long fermentation, rich and yet still slightly sweet, with a soft and light texture.  Sourdough Challah is delectable with a bit of butter, as a sandwich bread, or for the ultimate experience...french toast.
