Split the muffin with a fork, toast until the first sign of browning, then slather in salted butter to experience the full “sourdough English Muffin” taste and texture journey. Similar to our sourdough loaves, the dough for these sourdough English muffins is cold fermented for 20 hours, then pan toasted and oven baked fresh first thing in the morning. Local, organic and simple ingredients, crafted by your neighbors in Troy. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Organic Flour (79% White Bread Flour, 11% Stone Ground All Purpose Flour, 9% Stone Ground Whole Spelt Flour), Water, Organic Whole Milk, Organic Unsalted Butter, Syracuse Salt, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Semolina Flour

94% of the ingredients in this loaf were grown within 200 miles of our bakery.

Made with naturally occurring wild yeast from a living sourdough mother. 

Allergen Information. Contains: Wheat and dairy. Processed in a kitchen that uses sesame and egg. 

Net Wt: 9oz (255 g). One package contains four muffins. 

Storage: English Muffins are best enjoyed within three day of baking, and best eaten toasted and with lots of butter. They also freeze well for up to three months when wrapped in foil or plastic. Thaw frozen muffins at room temperature, then toast and enjoy!
